Here are the load-in times by club for Friday (load-in is Friday from 11 to 7, with the show on Saturday from 12pm to 6pm). Please make sure to have less than 1/4 tank of gas, disconnect your battery once parked and tape your gas cap. If you can't make your time, please text 832-368-5116 immediately.

We can load-in some cars on Saturday, but we can't hold spots with clubs for these entries...and the time would be from 10 to 11am on Saturday morning.

Some people asked about substitutions for cars that can't make it. We MUST have this information by Wednesday at 5pm, otherwise substitutions will not be allowed.

There is also construction going on at the venue, so they provided us with a map on where to enter and where trailers will go once parked. Please check out the images!
